Following the revision of the ESF Regional Framework, the LSC inform us that they, Job Centre Plus and the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) will be jointly consulting on their 2010-13 Co-financing Plans early in 2010.

A series of events will be scheduled across the North West in February 2010 - we will circulate the detail as soon as we receive it.

The Skills Funding Agency, which replaces the adult element of the LSC from April 2010, will be issuing a series of ESF Invitation to Tenders in the autumn, with a plan for activity to commence in January 2011.

Whilst there may be a small amount of tendering between now and the demise of the LSC, there is no further news at this stage.
